What this is

Pfform offers fitness coaching through your camera or a video you choose. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not rehabilitation. It does not replace a teacher, physician, or physical therapist.

Practice with care

Stop if it hurts. If you have pain, are pregnant, have low bone density, or recently had surgery, see a qualified clinician or a PMA-certified teacher before using Pfform.

Your camera, your choice

You can decline the camera and analyze a recorded video instead. You can stop the camera at any time. Closing the app or tab drops in-browser frames. Pose detection runs on your device; frames and chosen videos are not sent to Pfform servers.

Accounts

If you sign in, we email you a magic link. Session scores — not video — may sync so your progress can restore. You can delete your account at /account/delete or stop using Pfform at any time.
