Your body is not
our data.

Pfform (pfform.com) is a form-coaching product operated by Bobby M. in Newport Beach, California. This policy covers the website and the iOS app. Questions: bobby@mirflow.online.

What stays on your device

Pose detection runs on-device (in the browser or the iOS app). Camera frames and any video you choose for form check are read locally to find body landmarks. They are never uploaded to Pfform servers. You can stop the camera at any time. Closing the app or tab drops those frames — nothing is kept by us.

Video reports and optional cloud coaching

Video reports are saved in this browser or app on your device. You can download or delete individual reports; clearing browser data removes them. Video files are not retained by this feature.

If you choose optional cloud coaching, your derived feature summary, draft findings, and scores are sent through our server to OpenAI to prioritize the supplied coaching. We do not send the video, photos, or raw landmark time series. The local report remains available if cloud coaching fails. This option requires sign-in and is off unless you request it.

If you sign in

We use your email only to send a magic-link sign-in. Session scores — not video, not frames — may sync through Supabase so your progress can restore on another device.

Delete your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. This removes your email and saved scores. Videos were never stored. Delete my account.

Anonymous events

Funnel events such as session start and complete may be stored so we can see what is working. They do not include body images.

Studio search

Studio search uses OpenStreetMap in your browser. Location is used to find nearby studios and is not saved as a tracking profile.

Illinois BIPA

We do not store biometric identifiers or face templates. Landmarks are computed on your device for the session and are not kept by Pfform.

Not medical advice

Pfform is fitness coaching only. It is not a diagnosis, not rehab, and not medical advice. Stop if it hurts. If you have pain, are pregnant, have low bone density, or recently had surgery, see a qualified clinician or a PMA-certified teacher first.
